Dr. Lestrange is a Board Certified Orthopedic Physician with multiple years of experience. He is on the active staff of Holy Cross Hospital, Imperial Point Hospital and Park Creek Surgery Center. He was Chief of Staff of North Beach Medical Center and has been Chief of Orthopedics at Holy Cross Hospital and North Ridge Medical Center.

Dr. Lestrange is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Amercian College of Temporomandibular Joint Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He is also an active member of the Broward County Medical Society, the Florida Medical Association and the American Medical Association. Dr. Lestrange has published numerous papers in medical literature on hip surgery and spinal disease diagnoses.

Dr. Nile R. Lestrange attended college at Bucknell University where he earned numerous honors in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. He was president of his class in college and of the Bucknell Alumni Society. Dr. Lestrange was a member of the National Leadership Honorary Society and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia and interned in General Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. He spent two years as a Captain in the United States Army Medical Corps as an Anesthesiologist and subsequently had residencies in General Surgery, Neurology and Orthopedic Surgery.
